At Mode Mischief Studios, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 14-day return window for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please ensure all tags remain attached to be eligible for a full refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original Mode Mischief Studios box, ensuring all original garment tags and protective liners are intact.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to your nearest authorized courier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed.
